Few beauty brands are as popular as Triny London. Led by Trinny Woodall (yes, that Trinny), the brand has been winning gold with its low-key, low-maintenance ethos since its launch in 2017. We're talking about stackable containers of cosmetic creams (blush, eyeshadow, lipstick, etc.) and skin care products customized to your skin type and concerns via the brand's Match2Me tool, which offers a customized routine that won't bog you down Jargon or complex scientific confusion.

Like Charlotte Tilbury and Selena Gomez's Rare Beauty, Trinny London has become synonymous with regular product sales and long waiting lists. Even R29’s Beauty Director is a fan of R29. However, when it comes to skin care, even though our bathroom shelves are already stocked with tried-and-tested brands, finding the right formulas can still take a lot of effort.

Despite my curiosity (a shopping writer who regularly reviews popular products in the industry), I decided to use Match2Me to create a personalized Trinny London skincare routine. I wanted to see if it was worth the hype - especially considering the price.

After completing the questionnaire, my dry, sometimes sensitive skin was recommended Be Your Best Enzyme Cleanser (£32), PHA Exfoliant Tiptoe In (£34), Plump Up Peptide Serum (£65) and 'Powerful' Peptide Moisturizer Bounce Back (£49) is recommended as part of your morning routine. Overnight Clarity, £62, is a retina and niacinamide serum that also joins the overnight range. I also marked up the Boost Up Serum for £65 as I'm a fan of Vitamin C. In total, a skincare session cost a whopping £307.
Read on for my honest thoughts and what I think is worth your money. Spoiler: I did the right thing by adding a vitamin C serum.
